prior to getting wet. We need to know a little more about
you so we can ensure that you have a safe and fun time on
the water.
To save time when you arrive at Waterborne, please printout
and complete the form beforehand and bring it along with you
on the day.
There are booking forms available to complete at Waterborne
if you cannot printout one now.
